Program does not lock when returning to home screen #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exit the application by pressing the home key
2. Hold home key to access task manager and select secrets and you don't
have to type a password in to access the secrets.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would prefer that the program lock completely when off screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0 on Android rc31

I fixed this defect by making sure that secrets is excluded from the list of
applications shown in the task manager.
