title bar showing number of secrets is wrong after deleting a secret while the filter is on #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. While the secrets list is displayed, type a few letter to start 
filtering the list
2. Choose one of the secrets and delete it.  The number of secrets in the 
title bar shows the number of filtered secrets
3. Cancel the filter by pressing Back

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The title bar still shows the number of secrets that matched the filter.  
It should now the total number of secrets

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.2

The title bar will now always show the total count of secrets, and not the 
filtered
count.  The title bar will also show a special instruction on how to add the 
first
secret if the count is 0.
