Just to conform, the file is called 'secrets.csv', without the single quotes,
all
lower case, and in the root directory of the SD card?

I created the same file using Microsoft Excell and it was imported correctly. I
will
try again using OpenOffice.org.

I created another secrets.csv file with OpenOffice.org. This file imported
successfully. I don't know what the difference in the two files I created are. I
suppose the first file was corrupted in some way. I would consider this issue
solved.
