At the moment, the user can find a desired secrets by typing the first few
letter of the description.  It should be possible to search through all
text of the secrets to find the desired one.

Full text search is available in version 1.1.  Performing a full text search is 
similar to filtering, except that you type a period (.) before the text be 
searched.
