How do you filter when you have a virtual keyboard (EVO)? #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.cannot make virtual keyboard appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see nothing... I would like to see the keyboard to filter entries

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
EVO Sprint Android 2.2 BaseBand 2.15.00.07.28

Please provide any additional information below.
The EVO is great... I love Secrets... but it takes a long time to scroll the 
list of entries...
