Please see the Collaborative Project Handout under the GitHub section for further details, "Project Document Hosting - Each team will create a folder at the top level of their repository called Project_Documents. In this directory, teams will post their project document deliverables on the day they are due. This is where the professors will look for deliverables to be graded for the project."

Everything has been moved to the proper location. Just forgot to close the issue.
