Layout when not in full screen. #20

I am using windows 8. When I snap my browser to the left or right so that it only takes up about half of the screen that layout gets real wonky and hard to use. Try replacing hard coded values with percentages.

Why are you playing a game that requires interaction from you in a half screen? Makes no sense...

We can't change any of the hard coded values for the game because the sprites have a fixed size (we can't scale them inside the canvas).
