Can't backspace answer field in quests #25

Some answers cannot be deleted/edited after typing when in a quest, forcing a wrong answer. This seems to happen only after non-letter characters, like (,), and ^.

This is a known issue, although we don't quite know why it happens. Have you tried clicking in the box again? If that doesn't fix it, it might be an entirely different issue.

I'm attempting to reproduce the issue by typing in special characters (including the ones you mentioned), but I can backspace freely. Is there any more information you can give me?

Clicking in the box again did allow me to backspace. I tried it again with '(', ')', and '^' and was able to backspace, but '*' still caused the problem. It only happens sometimes, and I haven't figured out what the determining factor is. It doesn't seem to depend on what the last character is.

Yes, we've been having that odd and almost random backspace bug for a little while. We'll keep looking into it, but it's going to be a tough one to fix considering we can't even figure out what causes it.
