10 years ago I am looking into the error. It is really weird because it works fine in our dev server. I think a URL might be wrong somewhere.

If I try to reset password with the wrong (i.e. unregistered) username, nothing happens. If I try to reset password with a registered username, the "Get Question" button still does nothing.
The first time I tried to use it with a registered username, I got redirected to a blank page (checkSecurityAnswer.php) with no change to my password, but I can't reproduce the error now.
