System loganstaging.esna.com - Meeting is auto started with ACTIVE status although no one starts meeting

Problem description (be as specific as possible), include step by step procedure used to reproduce the issue: In a space with 2 users and no one starts meeting but new meeting card is auto added with ACTIVE status. Refresh the page does not help to clear this ACTIVE status.

Note:

• This issue happens on other with other tma accounts

Setup:

• Space https://loganstaging.esna.com/spaces/5f3e47d6579a4c137bb7d705

Steps:

1. UserA starts meeting
2. UserA ends meeting 3. Wait for a minute --> New meeting is auto started with ACTIVE status

SV comment for blocking status: This is a blocked issue

Is the issue reproducible: 100%

I am not sure if this is Mpaas or not, I remember we had a queued task that tried to clean up a task when last user was left. You need to validate by looking at BE logs

This seems like an MPaaS issue. @Tho Pham ( https://app.asana.com/0/1151199909755310/list ) please also try to reproduce this one production as well as loganstaging and send some fresh logs. I will follow up with MPaaS if this is still happening.
