System spaces-candidate.avayacloud.com - Personal space - Fail to stop recording with POST 400

• This issue does not happen on production - This issue also does not happen on loganstaging but I'm not sure if loganstaging has the same content as on spaces-candidate

Setup: UserA - Tho Pham - personal space - https://spaces-candidate.avayacloud.com/u/pttho@tma.com.vn?videoMode=multi&videoStart=true&collabOnly=false

Steps:

1. UserA starts his personal meeting and invites some other users
2. UserA starts recording
3. UserA stops recording --> User fails to stop recording due to POST 400

SV comment for blocking status: This is a blocked issue

Is the issue reproducible: 100%
