I know QC has to hear this tone all the time as they need to do tidous work everyday, However, @Shaina Hantsis ( https://app.asana.com/0/1142819888430838/list ) there will be an area for user to setup DND (Do not disturb) where we won't even attempt to even show ringing.

We definitely have a DND setting come up, i think its phase 1? I'll add it asana when its ready. Ray is right that it would stop calls altogether instead of toggling the sound off
