After upgrade Tableau from 2019.3 to 2019.4 python scripts not working on windows server #1

We have 3.7 tabpy version

tried this tsm security vizql-extsvc-ssl enable --connection-type "tabpy" --extsvc-host IP--extsvc-port 9004 --script-disabled "false"

tsm pending-changes apply

But no luck.
