Move bot to new C# pp API #42

Bot currently uses the legacy instance hosted on oldpp.aesth.dev which uses the old pp calculations

osu!api v2 now has a difficulty attribute endpoint so this might not be happening

PPAPI will soon be deprecated. Moving towards using aiosu for pp calculation using the API
