Fix Log Mood Button hidden by Panic Button #23

Part of the Log Mood Button is covered by the Panic Button. Either fit it into the screen or convert the container to a scrolling container (not recommended unless more elements need to be crammed in).

Solutions are clunkier than the current implementation. Leave as-is for now and revisit. Leave vertical space at the bottom for the app bar.

Extra note: On scrolling layouts, make doubly sure to leave extra space or last element will probably be completely cut out.
