Pull Request

In this pull request, I:

Created an npm project using webpack
Created a simple HTML layout that will serve for future reference on upcoming features of this project
All the project's commits are created according to Gitflow's guidelines creating a main branch, then a development branch for maintenance of the code, and finally a respective feature branch for commits on each milestone to complete.
