Feature final touches #4

App styling

In this pull request, I have:

changed the background color and image to make it look more alive
Added a neon effect to the title of the page
Added a transparent container to the score form and to the refresh button container
Colored the scoreboard container, with a different background color depending on if the element's index is an odd number or even
Added a pink semi-gradient border to the form fields, the rank container, and the buttons

Both, the submit and refresh buttons have a hovering CSS effect The leaderboard is scrollable and the results are ordered from high to low
