Updated binning tutorial #132

This should only be included along with lswt-speedup, since it will be too slow otherwise.

For now this is just a tracking PR, not definitively ready to merge.

With the latest changes, this is now ready to merge. It adds an additional tutorial, "Fitting a Model to Experiment Data in LaSrCrO4" which subsumes and replaces the "Binning Tutorial"
