plot_spins should color atoms by type #142

Note that JMol colors have been adopted for view_crystal in https://github.com/SunnySuite/Sunny.jl/commit/93d86688a7a0b6e560649e4e16198d1c670a54ba.

Adding colors to atoms in plot_spins might be confusing, because typical examples use arrow colors in a different way.

Now that view_crystal can accept a System, and display its dipoles, I think we have achieved the core goal for this issue.
