Convenience function to initialize spiral order #164

Spin wave calculations very frequently refer to a single-Q order. We should make it easier to initialize such configurations.

Fixed in https://github.com/SunnySuite/Sunny.jl/commit/360277cb8dd9caa91d639654ed8d1e570e8c6b99

This new functions are set_spiral_order! and set_spiral_order_on_sublattice!. Note also that suggest_magnetic_supercell has been improved to approximate incommensurate wavevectors with nearby commensurate ones.
