Automatically renormalize single-ion anisotropy and biquadratic #62

The picture of SU(N) coherent states teaches us that the anisotropy and biquadratic strengths have a systematic error in :dipole mode, and this can be systematically corrected by inserting a renormalization factor. We should perform this renormalization automatically in :dipole mode. To allow for numerical comparison previous codes, such as SpinW, we should also provide a :large_S mode that disables this renormalization (while encouraging people not to use it for new models).

Renormalization is implemented in :dipole mode. We are still thinking about the best way to allow comparisons with SpinW.
