This PR adds support for the renormalized linear-spin wave theory for the :dipole mode. Features including

Arbitrary single-ion anisotropy with proper renormalization.
Scalar-biquadratic interaction.

Closing this for now; if there are more updates (e.g. regarding dipole_to_angles or custom observables) they can be made on this branch and we'll re-open the PR, or made on a new branch which is up-to-date with main.
