Add examples as well as test file #19

You should have example files in addition to test files so that people can see how to use the code. For example, code that shows how to use the different color options.

I've updated the documentation with more code examples (https://sunnyxu.github.io/SBMLDiagrams/). In addition, I have listed all the html color names (https://sunnyxu.github.io/SBMLDiagrams/colors.html).
