thick_rate is not documented in the animate method

Neither are:

v_info frames_per_second show_digit bar_dimension outputName horizonatal_offset vertical_offset text_pos

Animation for the tellurium simulation

Args: simulationData: numpy array for the simulation data

baseImageArray: base image array used for generating the change  <---- not an argument for the method

floatingSpecies: floating species name in the NamedArray of simulationData   <---- not an argument for the method

posDict: position dictionary for the Floating Species   <---- not an argument for the method

numDigit: number of digits saved for display 

folderName: generated images folder place

offset: text offset from the center of the compartment   <---- not an argument for the method

textColor: text color 

textWidth: text width   <---- not an argument for the method

textDimension: text dimension size   <---- not an argument for the method
