Add example call to animate in docs

Add an example of using animate in the docs. I've not been able to figure out how to use it.

pls see the example in documentation (https://sunnyxu.github.io/SBMLDiagrams/index.html). Jessie (@winterJ2001 ) has also put some code examples onto github (https://github.com/SunnyXu/SBMLDiagrams/tree/main/examples/Interface_to_animation).
