For some of us, when sharing our work as a web link with our group via email, for the recipients it opens onto 'oops nothing found'. If anyone has experienced that or knows, it would be great to know how to get around that (though I suppose it's not immediately urgent, there are other ways of sharing, such as adding collaborators).
@FabioDFernandes my first guess would be that either you didn't make the document visible to all with the link under settings (which you can't do unless you declare that the document is out of copyright or open licensed), or that the person who clicked on the link wasn't logged in? (Although the latter shouldn't be necessary if the document is visible to all. Can you share the link to the doc here?

Thanks Gabby - I changed the document to out of copyright, though I still can't tweak public access (it is frozen).
Hi @FabioDFernandes, can you try sharing that document with me (gabrielbodard) and give me admin rights, so I can look at the settings in Recogito?
Thanks Gabby, I have done this - I look forward to hearing if you manage to tweak it.
@FabioDFernandes without changing any other settings, I seem to be able to change the Public Access preference to "Anyone with the link" without a problem. Someone try https://recogito.pelagios.org/document/g9ndvzdg7mnsg9 without being logged in?
(We should also be able to change it to "anyone with the link can annotate the document" if you like.)
@gabrielbodard That's truly strange, as even earlier today I could not interact with that function (was just greyed out). I clicked onto it, not logged in, and it seems to work now at least for me. I have changed it to 'anyone can annotate'. Thank you!
