Technical help with Sketchfab exercise #32

Hi! I have been trying to upload the 3D image I made in week 1 and I unfortunately have come across the same issue I had back then when trying to export the image, which is that the colours do show up, but very vaguely and blended (you can see it here: https://skfb.ly/6ZxKn whereas when still in Metashape, it looks very detailed and nothing like this. It's also not that the colour is completely absent. I have tried playing with the vortex options but no luck. Could this be because I had to opt for medium/low quality whilst working on the model in Metashape, but it only showing up in low quality after being exported? (To be clear, it still looks detailed in Metashape, whether I use high or low quality). Not sure if I can fix this so I also have uploaded a downloaded model, but would be nice to upload my own if possible!

Hi @ChantalvanEgdom apologies for just spotting this. Could you try saving the model from Metashape in Metashape's own format ("save" not "export"), and email it to someone else (perhaps me and your project partner) so we can see if it works in Metashape locally? Sorry you've had this problem—were you at least able to annotate the model, despite the muted colours?
