No outgoing calls

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using X-Lite 4.
2. Making a call no dial tone it just connects directly no sound either
3. the number am dialing never receives the call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Xlite 4 with IPkall and 

Please provide any additional information below.

I am able to receive incoming calls just fine and listen to them clearly and 
they listen to me fine as well. Am not able to make calls. What info so you 
need me to provide in order to help me troubleshoot?

First let me apologize for the ridiculously long delay. Did you ever figure out 
how to hook everything up and get it going?
