The difference between IPKall and Sipgate is that you need to configure
Sipsorcery to register with Sipgate in order to receive incoming calls from it.
IPKall forwards incoming calls to SIP URI and you don't need to add IPKall as a
SIP provider to Sipsorcery.
So, just configure IPKall to forward incoming calls to
yourlogin@sipsorcery.com, that's it :)
