What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no incoming audio on incoming/outgoing calls
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to hear the other party.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using xlite softphone. I have google Voice + sipsorcery. Using windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am able to call directly from google voice and I am able to hear the other
party but if I use Xlite, I will not hear the other party. I am behind a
firewall but it has been deactivated but the problem persists. I have checked
all audio configuration on X-lite. What ports should I forward in my router?
Xlite detects that I am behind NAT.

please help!

Thank you for opening a ticket as requested, but we only formally support at
this site the ability to place calls.

Not hearing the other party involves issues with networking. You could try
placing your computer in the DMZ of your router, or leaving your firewall
turned on and connecting it directly to your cable or DSL modem. If you call
another phone in your possession and you are able to hear sound coming from
your computer, there's nothing more we can do here. In fact, once your
cellphone starts ringing, that tells us that everything we support here is
working properly.

Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
