Cannot find call settings (I am stuck after step 9 is moudule: 10_Sipdroid_Integration_with_PBXes) #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. follow 10_Sipdroid_Integration_with_PBXes
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After step 9, I cannot find Call Settings on my phone & so I cannot find an
option called "Receive incoming calls".
I found an Accounts & Sync option in "System Settings" but there is no Receive
Incoming Calls option. I found an "Add Account" option that takes me to a list
of account types (AT&T, Google, Facebook, Flicker, email), but no Google Voice
or anywhere to put a phone number.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Motorola Atrix 2. Android 4.04

Please provide any additional information below.

I am sorry for the spelling mistakes. The title should read:
Cannot find call setting (I am stuck after step 9 in module:
10_Sipdroid_Integration_with_PBXes)

The top list of steps was the original version I found online. That did not
work for me as written, so I rewrote the list using the exact steps that did
work for me. The menu item you're looking for is only available for people who
have loaded custom ROMs on their Android phones, such as CyanogenMod. You will
not find the option in stock ROMs.

I found something called Talkatone and managed to get it up and running at home
on my Motorola phone. I'll be testing it further when I go out on the road.

Sounds good. PBXes also partnered with the sipdroid app to make it very easy to
setup your Google Voice account as a SIP line.

Well, I followed everything with the PBXES as per the instructions and all
looked fine.
But couldn't complete the setup.
I also couldn't follow the steps after step 8 on My Personal Experience.

I've been using this setup once in a while when I am out, along with a MiFi
device I bought in the Spring (Internet on the go). I can make calls through my
GV number via Talkatone but when people call me, I cannot answer the call.
My phone does ring when someone calls and my phone's display shows the
name/number, plus the green "accept" icon. But pressing or swiping this icon
doesn't do anything.
I have pressed repeatedly each time a calls comes through.

I have never been able to answer a call. It is the same when I am at home on my
home network.

Hope someone can help.
