Voicemail not playing on Verizon iPhone 4S

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i hit play either w speaker or internal sound neither play the sound

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?latest 
google voice and iPhone 4S

Thank you for using the ticketing system.

Based on your description, I'm not entirely sure you're using SIP Sorcery and 
the Mike's Ruby scripts that we distribute here. Unless you're using a SIP 
client with SIP Sorcery, I'm not sure we're going to be able to help you here 
at this site. Basically, we're looking for issues with the scripts that we're 
distributing here so if you are using SIP Sorcery and are able to place phone 
calls, that is the only functionality we develop here. Are you using SIP 
Sorcery with a SIP client and able to call regular phone numbers?
