Goto Sipsorcery / Console, click on Connect and try making a call. If you get
the same
message ("error loading dialplan") there, something's wrong with your
sipsorcery
account. It never happened to me but I saw a couple of complaints about this
weird
problem. People had to delete / re-create their dialplan(s). Sometimes they had
to
delete SS account and create it again from the scratch.

Just to back Mike up, I signed in specifically to tell you that I have seen
people
need to recreate their entire SS account in order to resolve this.

How are you able to receive incoming calls perfectly?
What combination of providers do you use and what software is it that you use
to
receive incoming calls (or is it an ATA)?
Obviously, something is very wrong with my incoming calls, as in I can't get
them to
be answered, though I can see them and hear them ringing just fine.
My provider setup is:
Google Voice -> SIPGate -> SIPSorcery -> SIPClient
I've also tried IPKall with no better success either.
