Unable to hear the other end of a phone call

GV + Sipgate + Sipsorcery + Acrobit Softphone app for iPhone.

I successfully set up an account with sipsorcery and sipgate as well as the 
simple dial plan. Then I used the Acrobit Softphone app for iPhone to 
connect to sipsorcery.  The app registered with sipsorcery without any 
problem. 

I tried to make calls to a landline, a magic jack number and a cell phone.  
The phone all rang, the other end picked up and was able to hear me but I 
was unable to hear them whatsoever.  Please note that the console indicated 
no problem during the calls.

I was using my iPhone with wifi while making the calls.

Please help.

Thanks for the tips. Somehow I changed the dial plan using Gizmo5 and it worked 
perfectly.

I'm struggling to setup my GV + Gizmo5 + Sipsorcery + Acrobits on the iPhone.  
Any 
chance I can get screen shots of your acrobits settings and sipsorcery settings?
