After server DC loot rules gets changed #2104

Describe the bug After every server DC, regardless of what lootrules the group/raid had before the disconnect, the loot rule always get's changed to free for all.

Expected behavior Loot rules should stay as they were before the DC.

default loot rule seems to reset to Group Loot
