[Bug][Spell][Shaman]Water Shield and Lightning Shield affected by periodic auras #2359

Describe the bug Periodic auras are affecting water shield and lightning shield, an example is netherspite's damage aura, Wrath-Scryer Soccrathes so a shaman needs to recast his watershield ever 5sec,

This is not how it is suppose to work, for example a dot cast on a shaman the initial cast should remove a charge, and periodic npc auras should not remove stack at all.

Periodic auras such as netherspite dmg aura, wrath scryer soccrates etc shouldnt remove stacks.
