[Solarian's Sapphire] swap bug #3729

Describe the bug If you swap out Solarian's Sapphire after having buffed battle shout you keep the bonus 70 attack power. You shouldn't. To Reproduce

  1. Equip [Solarian's Sapphire]
  2. Cast battle shout
  3. Unequip [Solarian's Sapphire]

Expected behavior Should remove the AP bonus when unequipped

Additional context https://www.wowhead.com/item=30446/solarians-sapphire#comments "Just a note, if you take this off, it immediately removes the bonus from Battle Shout. I discovered this one day in Arena."

Maybe it doesnt work in Arena, but it should definitely work in PvE. Same for warrior tier 2, 3 set.

t2 and solarian worked for swaps all of classic. if you remove anywhere it should be arena, but w/e
