[Icecrown Citadel] Scourge Transporter #1146

Decription: Scourge Transporter inside the Icecrown Citadel is not working properly as it turns out.

How it works: After passing through the Scourge Transporter to any available location the player is turned a little bit to the left. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RUAEmD7GcA0&feature=youtu.be

How it should work: Obviously when players use the Scourge Transporter they should be turned forward. I think that gameplay should not be affected with any political issues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3zFud2T-5Y&t= 7:26; 7:36; 7:40 To see the issue better I recommend you to slow down the video to 0.25.
