Warrior orc racial #2711

Decription: I have a problem with expertise as orc racial spell.

How it works: I use axe and it should show that axe expertise bonus from racial in character info panel. But that doesnt move when i use or remove axe in bag so idk if that count or not in whole expertise stats.

obraz 5/0 expertise when i equip axe in main-hand 0/0 expertise when i equip something else. Please add more informations + proofs
