Meta gem ignoring Belt buckle now on Frosthold #2900

Gem socketed into Eternal Belt Buckle doesn't contribute towards Meta gem.

Whether it was fixed on Angrathar, I'm not sure. It doesn't work on Frosthold though pics: https://imgur.com/a/sbx6eOw I created it as new because the old one is closed and it seems that noone will come back to it.

I cannot replicate it.

I equipped Cowl of Vanity with red socket, Chain of the Ancient Wyrm with purple and Plush Sash of Guzbah for 2nd purple gem in buckle. I had proper crit rating (mere 41 rating from head enchant and meta gem). Crit damage was fine, almost clear 3% (seems a bit more). I cleared cache and logged back in, was the same.

Then I replaced the gem in head to purple and bonus was still active. I tested on dummy both times, the damage was fine, crit was 103% damage.

Then I swapped my gem in head back to red. Replaced the gem in belt with a uncommon red, lost my meta stats and damage increase. Critical damage was exactly 100% increased.

Got my purple back in the belt buckle and with EoE neck I got my usual stats, 103% critical crit.

Conclusion: I can't confirm. To me the gem in belt buckle is considered for meta activation. Stats are fine, damage is fine. No oddities. Can upload screenshots on another day.

EDIT: To note, I was testing this as Affliction Warlock spec with generic 55/0/16 build. Was using Unstable Affliction for this as it's another spell that deals fixed damage.

After Ulduar patch I cleared my cache and tested it again. Got the same results as shown in my screenshots.
