''For ICC there isnt much and most of it is listed here and really is from trash or boss adds. Personally I love reflecting Lich Slap, Banish and Spider in there on that trash.
For heroics I know most shit dies in seconds but still this is a list of what I know is possible to reflect.
The Devourer of Souls in Forge of Souls can have his (its?)Phantom Blast reflected. Mind Flay on Volazj is also reflected and rapes his life bar. You can reflect the lightning bolt Jedoga casts and if she is enraged it hits her pretty hard. You used to be able to reflect Gordok Palehoofs stamina percent debuff in Utgarde Pinnacle but that was clearly a huge amount of life reduction on the boss. Holy Fire is also able to be reflected if you get Paletress in TOC. You can reflect Icey Touch on the Black Knight as well, that sort of destroys him with the disease. At one point you could reflect Anub Arak's leeching swarm but I havent done him in a while. That was super OP when SR also reflected from party members. You can spell reflect Sleep and Mind Blast on Mal'ganis in COS but that sort of falls under the old spell reflect talent. You can reflect the Shadowbolts and Steal Flesh from Salramm in COS as well. Sadly you can't reflect Time Stop anymore on Epoch =( You can reflect the amp magic debuff from Cloudstrider in Oculus. You can reflect Lokans Arc Lightning in HOL, if it targets you first. In DTK, Novos's Wrath of Misery is reflectable if he targets you with it. In VH, if Zuramat void shifts you, spell reflect will kill all the adds and Erekem's chain lightning is also able to be sent back at him (and his adds). The Maidens Pillar of Woe in HOS is a nice one to reflect. Slad'ran in Gundrak can have his Poison Bolt reflected. You can reflect Telestra's firebomb in Nexus (used to be able to reflect ice tomb also) and when she splits you can reflect all of her multiple types of spells, including critter and time stop.
Out of all the things in the game to spell reflect (from NPCs) I think Shadow Blast in Old Kingdom is the best and most OP one to do. I love hitting a mob for 60K damage, there is nothing like it. Lich Slap in ICC is a close second because I have always wanted a knockback.''

Decription: Spell reflection don't have ANY effect on bosses. I know that you "fixed" it around year ago to prevent situations like reflecting of locust swarm etc but now it's 100% useless skill in pve.
How it works: Boss start casting spell -> war uses spell reflection -> spell reflection buff appear on buff bar -> boss ends casting -> spell hits warrior (spell reflection buff is still on buffs bar), spell works like there is no spell reflection skill used.
How it should work: Boss start casting spell -> war uses spell reflection -> spell reflection buff appear on buff bar -> boss ends casting -> spell is reflected to boss, but boss don't get dmg or debuff cuz it's immune to own spells -> spell reflect buff disappear from wars buff bar.

Afterword: It would be great if You take care of prot warriors. That's the weakest tank class anyway, fixing that skill would be a step to make it a little more balanced in endgame/progress. That's the same situation like it was with fdk acclimation talent - it was nerfed with no reason, i get comments like "and fireball should hit for milion dmg" from devs. After 2 years it was finally repaired to the state that actually is. The main reason to get it fixed should be "balance" and quite fair endgame gameplay. On official server pwar had a great time with spellreflecting skills like SOUL REAPER. I'm sure that we DON'T want that situations here BUT AVOIDING dmg/debuff should be quite fine.
