Disenchanting epics and the results #3534

Decription: When you disenchant epics you get crystals from that expansion.

How it works: When you disenchant a epic you get one crystal. (This resulted in our guild run of Karazhan giving us a much lower amount of void crystals than we should have got.)

How it should work: Disenchanting epics should give you a chance at two crystals when in certain ilvl ranges.

Unless otherwise noted, percentages are split evenly between each quantity outcome. For example: "80% 1-2x" means "40% chance of DE into 1x, 40% chance of DE into 2x

I've disenchanted level 60 epics and level 80 epics from naxx 25m. Both give x2. So this bug seems to only be with the TBC epics. TBC epics (ilvl 105-164) loot should mostly give x2 crystals, with 67% being x2.
