Decription: Disassembling and skinning won't let the engineer or skinner loot when on Masterlooter.
How it works: When the skinner or engineer has done their thing, they will be blocked from looting if it's on masterlooter. The raidleader then has to switch it to a different loot system so they can loot.
How it should work: Skinners and engineers should be able to loot what they get when they skin or disassemble something. Masterlooter shouldn't block them from looting what they get.
