[Quest] Inspecting the Ruins #1022

Decription: Quest : http://db.darkwizard.pl/?quest=11123 (Inspecting the Ruins) The quest asks you to talk to Inspector Tarem. Upon completion i got the error "only usable in Shady Rest Inn" because i was standing in front of the NPC (Pictures Below)

How it works: Will allow you to complete quest without standing in "Shady rest inn"

How it should work: Upon quest completion , Inspector Tarem is to cast spell id 42169 (Reflective Dust) which allows you to detect clues at the ruins of the Shady Rest Inn.

Not 100% sure about how this should be , either you can only turn in being in the zone "Shady rest inn" or move the npc so you can only turn in being in "shady rest inn".

On a side note - I did not get my dust , and i cannot detect the clues :(
