[Quest][Escort] Vorsha the Lasher

Decription: Quest works in 90% perfect, there are only 2 small bugs:

• Muglash on his way ignores enemies, should start fight on sight,
• Mobs just spawn on the rocks instead of spawning in the water and slowly swimming up the rocks (similar issue was on HG - The lurker below encounter)
• Quest is completed once Vorsha spawns, not once she's defeated.

How it works: Escorted NPC ignores enemies on his way. Credit is given upon hydra spawn.

How it should work: NPC should attack enemies on his way. Credit should be given once hydra is slain.
