Mage BLink Undercity Elevator #3085

Description: Mage blink is failing, blinking off the elevators in undercity.

How it works: You press blink, it takes the cool down. It does not move you 20 yards forward

How it should work: You press blink, it takes the cool down. You move you 20 yards forward.

@RarecandyMage Cannot reproduce it. Still happens?

I was able to blink onto the elevator, so that is progress, but was not able to blink off the elevator. Have a look below.
