Description: / How it works:

• Shadowmoon Tuber are already digged out, just laying around there
• When standing on a Mound and blowing the whistle, nothing happens

How it should work:

• stand ontop of a Mound, blow the whistle and a nearby felboar will come to digg out the tuber

Looks like the tubers are no longer already dug out, but the whistle still does nothing making the quest impossible to complete.
