[PVE][Mobs]Ranged mobs stand still when tagged and do nothing if outside attack range #3534

Description: As title: Ranged mobs stand still when tagged and do nothing when you are just outside the ranged attack range, they dont really de-aggro. see below for detail.

How it works: You attack the ranged mobs, and they stand still when tagged and do nothing when you are just outside the ranged attack range, they dont really de-aggro, even tho they can walk around, once you get into ranged attack range once more, instantly they will attack you with spells/attacks. Sometimes when you go to attack another mob thats not related to the first ranged mob you tagged, the first mob will then come running at you for no reason (It never really de-aggro´d)

How it should work: You attack the mob, run away from the cast/attack range, it should then follow until it can attack you, or de-aggro if you dont keep damaging it to sustain the aggro of that mob.

Source (you should point out proofs of your report, please give us some source): This is fairly simple to test and see the issue, no vid needed, its a server wide issue.

@akrom23 Only a video can show it, or trying to attack a ranged mob ingame and see how it reacts to the explained senario. This happens on 90% of the ranged mobs on the server, from level 1 to 70. Once i get home, ill try and get a video for you.

@akrom23 You are welcome, but it´s basicly all ranged mobs if you want to check it out before i get home and make a video. Can give you 2 examples off the top of my head:

Ranged Gnolls in Redridge Mountains up north. Bladespire Shaman ,Ogre´s ranged mobs in Blade´s edge mountians in the middle of the map
