Description: Sometimes Ambassador Hellmaw is Banished in the Hallway behind his boss room, lead to the quest Spy Tho'grun. He should be stationed in between the final two banish pylons

worth mentioning this fixed on server restart, but occurs after resetting the instance while attempting to do multiple runs
