5 years ago This has happened to many other players already for different items. Tier items, etc. This issue should be fixed ASAP and not look upon as a "problem we can't fix" as several GM's has stated.

5 years ago Hi same thing happened to me... I got a pair of gloves in Kara yesterday from attumen the huntsman. (The leather ones with agi) and i reloaded because my pet was unknown and the gloves dissapered... Cmon sunwell you've gotta fix this....

5 years ago It just happened to me with my trinket from "Cruel Intentions" quest. So I'm looking up for thread here. I'm also sure it was there before I logged off and now it's gone... It wasn't epic trinket, but still, this cannot happen.

Hello.
At this date when I was in a shadow labs farming (multiple runs) group (between 01:30 and 02:30 GMT+1/Server time) I suddenly noticed that my trinket: Icon of the Silver Crescent which I bought yesterday 09.01.2019 for 41 badges was gone from my character. I was wearing the item at all times when doing the dungeon, but I first noticed it was gone after I opened up my character info "C" when the last run of the night was done (approx. 02:00). I'm 100% certain that I didn't touch the item during the run, and that it DISAPPEARED
Every badge I farmed for this item, and the purchase of it at 09.01.2019, a few hours after dungeon reset should be in your logs. If I can't get the item restored; can you by any chance send me the badges so I can repurchase the item?
